There’s something so special about watching a couple’s journey unfold, and photographing Catherine and Eric’s growing family was truly a full-circle moment for me. A few years ago, I had the honor of capturing their beautiful wedding day at the Tannery Barn, and now, I was invited into their cozy home just outside Baltimore to meet their newest addition—sweet baby Madeline.

Their home, warm and inviting, provided the perfect backdrop for this winter newborn session. The soft light streaming through the windows, and the overwhelming sense of joy and pride in their eyes made every moment of this session a delight to capture.

Madeline is absolutely precious, already stealing the hearts of everyone around her. Watching Catherine and Eric interact with her—so full of love—left no doubt in my mind that they are going to be nothing short of incredible parents to this precious girl. It was such a privilege to be there to document these first, tender moments of their new family.

Being part of their journey from newlyweds to now as parents has been such a beautiful experience, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing memories they will create as a family of three. Welcome to the world, baby Madeline—you are so loved!
