Why Florals May Be The End-All Answer to Your Wedding Day

Here at Lancaster Flower Co, we think flowers are kinda a big deal. We may be biased, but here is why we think so…

We have heard many couples try to rationalize why they have a low flower budget. And it’s okay if you don’t have a big wedding budget! But let’s let flowers set the tone! Wait to buy extra décor until after you’ve spoken with your florist!

Your food will be eaten, your dress will be packed away, your hair will wash out, and your makeup is wiped. Your 600 votives will be taped into a box and the half-burned mini candles will be —  “idk should I throw them away? I can’t resell them half-burnt!”…do ya get the gist?

We love that every couple is different! So we get that some people just see flowers as something that is thrown away… but when it comes down to it, what do you see in those pictures you get from your A+ photographer? – You see those flowers! They take your wedding from a cool get-together with wood slabs…to WOAH – A WEDDING! They set the tone of the soiree! So hold off on buying stock in the votive companies, hold off on getting weird do-hickeys to place on Lord-knows what tables you may have! The little things add up! So talk to your florist! – Let the professional offer options for you that you may have never thought of! Trade your votives for bud vases, trade your lanterns for sweeping garlands. Our job is to make the magic! – Just ask us to take out our wand and we can show you!
