I love a good in-home family session, especially after a family brings home the sweetest new addition! They are the best! The Cole Family welcomed the most precious baby girl to their family and it was a pleasure to capture these moments. I usually do a big variety of photos regardless of the space I’m working in, they just happened to have the most beautiful natural light filtering into their living room! (Every photographer’s dream!) So we did a big chunk of their session there!

Then we went into heir newly finished nursery to grab more family photos and some with each parent and the new little one. They also have the prettiest pup that joined us for a few pictures! You could kind of tell their dog was watching me to make sure I treated their baby girl the right way, as if she was being protective! It was so special!

For the short amount of time I spent with Kate and Brett during their in-home family session, you could tell how natural as parents they are. Truly the most confident new parents I’ve ever met, it was inspiring. Thank you so much Cole family for welcoming me into your home and letting me meet your baby Caroline!
